Throughout the summer and early fall, Skyline Premium Meats was the featured main course at the Mimslyn Inn in Luray, VA. The Mimslyn Inn featured a "Farmers Market Dinner" every other weekend. Part of the proceeds from each dinner were donated to Page County Public Schools to help fund a new Culinary program for students. Our thanks to the Mimslyn Inn for supporting local agriculture and education!
